When you print an image on sequins/circles, the gap between the circles means you lose nearly 20% of the image. This means that to see the image clearly, you need to stand far away from the monitor. With flash discs, optically transparent wall modules are also printed with sequins hanging on the front. Visually, this creates a perfect image that can be viewed from nearly 2 feet. A huge breakthrough in display technology. It provides image sharpness, motion and reflection.
The module is optically clear (200 × 200mm). First, you print a mirror image on the wrong side of the module and then back it up in plain white. Next, the same image is printed on a glitter foil carrier. We have two types of glitter carriers. Our first is a classic mirror foil and the second is an optically transparent glitter. Why? Well, metal sequins create a strong reflective effect, which is useful for certain types of displays. The transparent glitter carrier can be printed either in reverse (providing very high gloss and high quality results) or on the surface to provide a matte effect.
Incorporating sequins into modules is a quick and easy process. You don't need to apply glitter one at a time.
To create a large display, simply split the image into any number of modules that can be printed at once. The A3 flat panel can print 2 modules and is the smallest machine we recommend
